Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with the team, delegating tasks, and providing technical guidance
- Mentoring junior colleagues and contributing to client meetings
- Conducting site inspections and surveys when required
- Ensuring high-quality technical design output and adhering to BIM protocols
- Managing project timelines, costs, and preparing fee proposals
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in Civil/Structural Engineering (Masters, ICE/IStructE accredited preferred)
- Chartered or working towards Chartership (ICE/IStructE)
- Significant post-qualification experience
- Proficiency in design software, drawing, and modeling tools
- Strong technical knowledge of relevant legislation and standards
- Commercial awareness and project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills
