What You'll Be Doing
  • Advising on Safety: Work alongside site managers and supervisors, offering trusted guidance to ensure safety standards are maintained at every level.
  • Ensuring Compliance: Oversee HSEQ compliance and processes on-site, conduct audits, inspections, and assessments to ensure we exceed industry standards.
  • Driving Improvements: Use your analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate incidents and provide insights that prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborating & Innovating: Partner with leadership and HR to drive safety initiatives and improve subcontractor performance, preparing data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
What You'll Bring
  • Qualifications: NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent); MSc in Health & Safety or Chartered MIOSH status is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years on construction sites, ideally with nuclear experience.
  • Skills & Knowledge: A strong understanding of HSEQ practices, performance management, and safety culture, with the ability to influence and engage teams at all levels.
