We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Admin to support our client's busy office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and reports.
- Assist with data entry and data management tasks.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Support special projects as needed.
Pay rate - 12 per hour
Working hours - 08:00-17:00 - Monday - Friday
This role is a temporary with the possibility of going permanent
Must be able to successful commute to Old Romney
