Architectural Designer Job in New York, NY

Architectural Designer Job available in New York, with a highly reputable and industry leading hospitality design firm. Seeking an experienced Architectural Designer who is looking to be a part of high-end and luxury projects, globally. Offering a salary of up to $125,000 plus benefits and hybrid working!

With award-winning projects across New York and globally, this practice is at the forefront of creative and compelling hospitality projects that demonstrate a strong narrative and utilize the wealth of experience within the company. Operating across several offices, this medium-size firm are well resourced, and this role will be working as part of a specialist team of creatives, working across all phases of design with a particular focus on creating architectural drawings in AutoCAD or Revit and visualization work in Rhino.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create visualizations in Rhino/Photoshop for hotel and F&B projects
  • Design and development of architectural drawings, packages, and space planning
  • Assist with concept design, modelling, plans, elevations, and FF&E selection/specification
  • Coordination between project managers and interior designers across all phases of design
  • Project management and client-management.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of industry experience working on high-end projects
  • Experience working on hotel and/or F&B projects, covering all phases of design
  • Degree qualified in architecture or design
  • Proficient user of Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD, Vray/Enscape, and Adobe Suite
  • Registered Architect is desirable.
