Concept Resourcing are currently recruiting a IT Support Technician based in/ commutable to Newark, Nottinghamshire.
The purpose of the role is to support the IT projects team and activity within the field, managing SD-WAN migrations, daily site collations, switch outputs, log all activities via the clients internal systems, building new sites and managing hardware stock end to end.
Contract Duration: 3-6 months with possible extension
Start date: December 2024
Rate information:
- Negotiable dependent on experience per day (Outside IR35)
- Monday to Friday throughout duration of contract
- 4.00am - 12.00pm* subject to variation
- Hybrid based opportunity
- Possibility of extension
The Role:
- Be the point of technical escalation and expertise.
- Support Fortimanager and Fortigate configuration
- Maintain high standards of customer service at all times to encourage an excellent customer experience.
- Manage hardware equipment end to end
The Candidate:
- Strong level 1/2 NOC experience
- Good knowledge of IT platforms, networking, fire walls, switch boards and general IT equipment and applications.
- Industry recognised qualifications in relevant area is desirable
- Extensive Fortimanager and Fortigate configuration experience
- Up to 12 months Network support experience o
- Experience of working to SLAs and KPIs and to be able to accurately describe their purpose is desirable.

- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Good problem resolution skills
This contract has been deemed an Outside IR35 role.
