Hard Services Facilities Manager - Newark, Nottingham

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hard Services Manager for our client, who is based in Newark, Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and management of all hard services across site, ensuring that all systems and equipment are operating efficiently and effectively.


Other duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and supervising the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Coordinating with contractors and service providers for repairs and maintenance work.
  • Conducting regular inspections and audits of facilities to identify and address any issues.
  • Providing technical support and guidance to the facilities team.


Benefits packages:

Salary £45,000

Hours: Monday Friday 0800-1630

The successful applicant will have the following:

  • Proven experience in facilities management specifically within Hard FM or within an Engineering role.
  • Have a strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing systems.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and a good understanding of CDM and Health and Safety regulations.
  • The ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.

This position is a site based role however, you may be required to travel to other facilities within the contract as required.
