Your new company
Hays Education are working with a special school in Nottinghamshire who are looking to grow their dedicated and passionate team of specialist TA's and Learning Support Assistants. They offer a differentiated and personalised curriculum to each pupil, to ensure each child can achieve their unique potential.


Your new role
You will be working full-time at the community special school with children aged between 3 and 18 who experience complex learning difficulties. You will be working alongside their other experienced and welcoming staff to create a safe and secure environment for the students. You may be working 1:1, in small groups or with larger groups alongside other staff to provide the best experience for the students.


What you'll need to succeed

  • You will be highly passionate about providing the best possible care to each unique child.
  • You will have experience working with children or young people who have physical, mental or learning disabilities
  • You will be a kind and patient individual, able to use different approaches to engage each child
  • You will be a great team player, able to effectively communicate across the school



What you'll get in return
You will receive a daily rate of between 85-105 (depending on experience).
