Key Responsibilities
·Prepare 2D/3D CAD layouts and building environmental models.
·Carry out dynamic thermal simulations, Part L calculations, and low-carbon design reviews.
·Support full building services design for systems such as ventilation, lighting, and fire detection.
·Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure compliance with design requirements.
What You Need
·An HNC/HND or Degree in engineering with experience in building services design.
·Proficiency in CAD software, thermal simulations, and preparing technical documentation.
