Your Role as a Multi Skilled Engineer
As part of our skilled engineering team, youll have the autonomy to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and innovate within your area of expertise. Youll work alongside management to drive engineering solutions and new machinery implementations, ensuring our facility remains at the forefront of food production.
This role is perfect for an ambitious and forward-thinking engineer who enjoys a challenge, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be involved in project management, continuous improvement, and cutting-edge automation.
What Were Looking For
Proactive mindset always looking for ways to improve and innovate
Strong problem-solving skills you question the status quo and find solutions
An interest in modern automation and engineering design
Mechanical and/or electrical expertise
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical OR Electrical Engineering
Fault-finding skills with knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and PLCs (Full training provided!) Shift Pattern
4 ON / 4 OFF rotation (06:0018:00 / 18:0006:00)
