Job Description:
As an FLT Driver, you'll play a vital role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring smooth loading, unloading, and movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Safe and efficient operation of forklift trucks (Counterbalance preferred).
* Loading and unloading goods within the factory.
* Accurate movement and stacking of pallets and materials.
* Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
* Adherence to all health and safety protocols.
* Assisting with other warehouse duties as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Valid and up-to-date FLT license (Counterbalance preferred).
* Proven experience in a warehouse or factory setting.
* Strong teamwork and independent work abilities.
* Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.
* Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
* Ability to work within a chilled environment.
* Flexibility to work overtime.
Shift Patterns and Pay:
* Night Shift: £14.31 per hour
* Minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime available.
