Future Prospects Group is hiring a full time Reservations Administrator for our Newark client. Join a busy, welcoming team and learn new skills in an exciting industry.
THE ROLE
- Managing multiple queries via live chat, phone, email, and web forms
- Data entry and rate loading
- Analysing data and creating reports using MS Excel
- Supporting team projects and meeting deadlines
- Efficiently dealing with complaints
- Sourcing information, and passing on your knowledge to customers (both B2B and B2C) via telephone and email
THE CANDIDATE
- Proficient in Excel with strong IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer service experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and targets
- Clear and confident phone manner
