Are you a Workshop Supervisor looking to help grow a new specialist department from the ground up, and progress your career into a management level role?
Excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role within the start up of a brand new department within an already successful existing site. As Workshop Supervisor you'll play a key role in the growth of the new team, with a view to eventually become the fully-fledged Production Manager.
This is the chance to join a multi-national, multi-billion pound organisation, influencing the success and growth of one of their flagship UK sites.
In this role you will oversee the manufacture, assembly and overhaul of company parts within the workshop. You will take on an initial 3 direct reports, which will increase with the continual additions in headcount. You'll have the chance to implement your own leadership style, helping to coach your employees to develop their careers too.
This role suits a Workshop Supervisor from a strong Valves background looking to play a key role within a sites growth, and progress up to manager.
The Role:
- Monday - Friday, 37 hours
- Overseeing parts manufacture, assembly and overhaul
- Managing 3 direct reports
The Person:
- Production or Workshop Supervisor / Team Lead / Manager
- Experience with Valves, or general Rotating Equipment industry
- Looking for a lead role with a step up to manager
