Job Role:

You will need to be a Registered Nurse Associate with a full drivers licence

Reporting to the head of clinical services, you will provide support for Clients with complex health and social care needs.

Main Tasks to include but not limited to:

  • To personally adhere to and uphold the NMC Professional Code of Conduct
  • Delivery of care, including infection prevention and control procedures, wound care, catheter management
  • Provide support in relation to medicines management
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Travel to a variety of Clients across a geographical region
