LTF Recruitment are offering an exciting opportunity with our partnered alternative provision based in Newark-on-Trent. We are looking for someone who is keen to help improve the education and wellbeing of all pupils, as well as aiding to create a positive and inclusive environment. The role has is long term and has potential to be permanent subject to a successful trial period.

Duties & Responsibilities:
* Working alongside the classroom teacher and promote a positive learning environment that is also stimulating for children with SEN needs including ASD and ADHD.
* Quickly build strong working relationships with students, and act as a positive role model.
* Promote and reinforce self-esteem and encourage achievement and development in students.
* Set individual targets and monitor them closely to help design appropriate learning material.


The ideal candidate will:
* Have previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs.
* Be adaptable and ready to work in a variety of classroom roles, both indoors and outside according to individual need.
* A positive attitude and willingness to help students succeed.
* A level 3 TA qualification or equivalent is desirable.
