Are you a detail-oriented, people-focused HR professional looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Project Officer to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, focusing primarily on an important project that will shape the future of our client's workforce.

The Role:
This role is project-driven, with some operational duties, and will focus on:
- Leading a company-wide job evaluation project, collaborating with hiring managers to refine and develop accurate job profiles for over 250 roles.
- Managing and maintaining control of job specifications, ensuring clarity and precision throughout the process.
- Gathering and acting on feedback from employees at all levels to support the evolution of job descriptions
- Occasionally supporting recruitment activities and the HR team with other projects as needed.

- ER experience is not essential, as the focus will be on the project.
