We are seeking aRomanian Speaking Technical Support Advisorwho has exceptional customer service skills for our award-winning client in Newark. This is a full time, permanent role that will suit somebody has a flexible attitude to working, an understanding of technology and a superb telephone manner.

THE ROLE

As aRomanian Speaking Technical Support Advisoryou will provide excellent levels of customer service and support, your duties will also include:

  • Providing 1st line technical support in both Romanian and English
  • Logging all incidents on relevant CRM and software systems
  • Providing solutions to technical faults over the phone
  • Escalating technical queries when required
  • Working to Service Level Agreements (SLA) against call handling time, resolution etc
  • Monitor group mailboxes, ensuring all inbound queries received a response within SLA
  • Collection of feedback from end users via outbound calls, when required

THE CANDIDATE

An idealRomanian Speaking Technical Support Advisorwill be a good problem solver with keen attention to detail and also possess the following:

  • Fluent in written and spoken Romanian and English
  • Driven to deliver high levels of Customer Service
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Flexible approach to working hours
  • Clear telephone manner

Experience of working within a call centre / technical support environment would be advantageous, however training will be provided.

  • Salary increase with additional supported languages (Spanish, French, Polish, Romanian) - 1 Supported Language 24,800, 2 supported languages 25,300, 3 supported languages 25,800
  • Salary increase by 1,000 once passed 6 month probation period
