As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled BEMS Maintenance Engineer to join our team and play a key role in maintaining and optimising building systems for our diverse client base.

The Role:

As a BEMS Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the ongoing service, maintenance, and optimisation of BEMS systems, ensuring that our clients' buildings operate efficiently. You will carry out routine maintenance, diagnose system faults, and provide expert technical support, both on-site and remotely.

This role will involve travel to various sites across the UK, and you may occasionally need to stay away from home.

Key Responsibilities of the BEMS Maintenance Engineer:

  • Perform routine service and maintenance on BEMS systems (with a focus on TREND, Tridium, or other major platforms).
  • Diagnose and repair system faults, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Ensure the efficient operation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems through regular monitoring and adjustment.
  • Provide technical support and advice to clients on-site and remotely.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system performance and energy efficiency.
  • Complete detailed service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Liaise with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations while working on-site.

What We're Looking For in our BEMS Maintenance Engineer:

  • Experience in BEMS maintenance (knowledge of TREND, Tridium, or similar systems is essential).
  • Good understanding of HVAC systems and their integration with BEMS platforms.
  • Strong electrical skills and ability to work safely with control systems.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive and organized approach to managing your workload.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license is essential, as the role involves travel.
