Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer
Location: Newark
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights)

What We're Looking For

  • Qualifications: A recognized apprenticeship or equivalent certification (evidence required). Ideally, a BTEC or NVQ in Engineering.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in an FMCG environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong mixed skills in both electrical and mechanical maintenance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance: Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance on advanced equipment, including robotics, conveyors, PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently, ensuring high safety and quality standards.
  • Collaboration: Work both independently and as part of a team, effectively communicating with colleagues and management.
  • Growth: Stay current with new skills and technology advancements to support continuous improvement.
