This well-established, family run company have built a great reputation over the years & have a loyal client base. Due to an ever increasing workload they have exciting growth plans in the pipeline and are now looking to add a Technical Manager in to their passionate permanent team to help drive the business forwards.


The role will involve leading the QA/QC function & managing Technical Standards to ensure compliance with all food & quality standards in line with legislation.

This position would suit a Technical Manager with strong team leader skills and previous experience within the food industry looking to work for a well-established, progressive company who will invest in your long term training, development & progression.

The role:

  • Leading the QC/QA function
  • Managing technical standards to ensure day to day compliance with all food safety and quality standards
  • Managing audits, trend analysis & document control
  • Coordinating product testing
  • Keeping up to date with legislation


The person:

  • A strong team leader withexcellent communication skills
  • Previous experience within a Technical Quality environment essential (Food background preferable)
  • Conscientious and keen problem solver with an eye for detail
  • The ability to work well under pressure whilst meeting deadlines
  • Confident, professional and tenacious
