In this role, you will be based in the Newark office, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week after completing the probation period. As part of a mixed civil/structural engineering team, your key responsibilities will include overseeing design work packages, managing a technician, and leading smaller projects. The position provides comprehensive training supported by ITE and offers a clear pathway to progress to a director-level role within the company.

To be considered for this role, you must have substantial experience as a Structural or Civil Engineer, a proactive mindset, strong leadership capabilities, and excellent communication skills.
