SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join one of our clients based in Newark.

This would be a fantastic role for candidates based in Newark, Lincoln, Bingham, East Bridgford, and the surrounding areas.

Experience within a administration role is essential, ideally within a fast-paced business to business organisation.

Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with excellent administrative skills? We are currently looking for a Temporary Administrator to join our client for an exciting opportunity. The role will provide valuable experience and support to the office function, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain filing systems (both electronic and paper)
- Assist with scheduling and calendar management
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, reports, and documents
- Provide general administrative support to teams across departments
- Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members
- Assist with data entry and database management
- Support with office supplies and inventory management
- Help coordinate meetings and events as required
- Perform other administrative tasks as necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Positive, can-do attitude and flexibility

Hourly Rate: £12.00 per hour
