Project Manager - Construction

Project Manager - a Top 10 building contractor is searching for a Project Manager to deliver design & build construction projects in Lincolnshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager to deliver projects across education, healthcare and MoD sectors ranging from 10m - 100m.

The Project Manager will have overall responsibility for the delivery and success of the project, directing a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that each stage of the project is safe, progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards.

The initial project is a new build project valued at 70m for a key client within the public sector [more details on the project can be provided at request].

Requirements:
- Leading the team or supporting on large projects
- Experience delivering construction projects
- Experience working for a main contractor
- SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid Certificate

To qualify for the higher rate of pay applicants must have experience working for a Tier 1 Contractor as a Project Lead on projects 10m - 20m or have supported a Senior Project Manager / Project Director on larger projects.

This is a permanent position which offers a great basic salary (DOE), car allowance (5,000) or car leasing option, private medical insurance, excellent bonus scheme, 26 days holiday (with the opportunity to buy or sell up to 3 days holiday), life assurance, pension (matched up to 8%) and various other company benefits.
