As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to create a nurturing and engaging learning environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-to-one and small group support, ensuring all pupils are engaged in learning.
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery, adapting activities to support different learning needs.
• Supporting children with additional needs, offering tailored assistance to help them thrive.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting a supportive classroom atmosphere.
• Helping with classroom organisation, preparation, and general teaching support.

• Experience working with children, ideally in a school or childcare setting.
• A genuine passion for helping young learners succeed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and staff.
• A patient, adaptable, and encouraging approach to supporting children of all abilities.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting child welfare.
