Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Multi Trade Operative in the Newark area to join a well-established social housing contractor on their reactive maintenance team.
This is a permanent position that offers a basic salary of £31,200, along with a company van and fuel card from day one.
The ideal candidate should have relevant industry experience, a full UK driving licence, and preferably a qualification in a relevant trade.
Responsibilities include various tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and painting & decorating.
Candidates with experience in social housing are particularly encouraged to apply.

We are currently looking for Multi trade operative in the Newark area, to work a well-established social housing contractor on the reactive maintenance team. This is a permanent role, where a company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one!

As a Multi trade operative, you will complete:

All aspects of carpentry
All aspects of plumbing
UPVC windows & doors
Patch plastering
Tiling
Painting & Decorating

I am looking for a Multi trade operative who:

Has a full UK driving licence
Ideally has a qualification in a relevant trade
Has relevant industry experience
Has relevant experience within social housing

In return, the Multi trade operative will receive:

31,200 basic salary
Company van & fuel card
Power tools provided
Call outs available
20 days annual leave plus bank holiday

Permanent employment
