We are seeking an efficient Purchase Ledger Clerk with a keen eye for detail to join our Accounting & Finance department. This role is vital in maintaining the financial integrity of our organisation, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions and invoices.

Description

  • Processing and managing financial transactions and invoices
  • Regularly updating financial records and databases
  • Resolving any issues or discrepancies with invoices
  • Preparing and submitting financial reports
  • Assisting in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
  • Maintaining confidentiality of financial information
  • Working collaboratively with the Accounting & Finance team

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • A solid understanding of financial processes and principles
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in using financial software and MS Office
  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
