Quattro Resourcing are currently seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our clients team based in Tuxford, Nottinghamshire.
We require candidates to have held their licence for a minimum of 1' year(s).
13.50 - 14.00ph DoE.
The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across various locations. Tail lift deliveries using electric pallet trucks to off-load.
Responsibilities:-
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport goods
- Plan delivery routes efficiently
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns
- Follow traffic laws and regulations at all times
- Maintain accurate driving logs
- Communicate with the transport office as/when needed
Requirements:-
- Valid HGV Class 2 licence along with in-date CPC and tachograph card.
- Proven experience as a delivery driver or HGV Driver
- Ability to drive long distances
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit to load and unload where required.
- Clean driving record (preferred)
