Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute carpentry tasks including framing, installation, and finishing in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Interpret sketches, and technical drawings to accurately complete projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
  • Maintain quality standards by conducting regular inspections and identifying potential issues.
  • Uphold safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
  • Mentor and train junior carpenters and apprentices as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Carpenter/Timber framer, preferably in a construction setting.
  • Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
  • Knowledge of building regulations, and safety standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
