Key Responsibilities:
- Execute carpentry tasks including framing, installation, and finishing in both residential and commercial settings.
- Interpret sketches, and technical drawings to accurately complete projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Maintain quality standards by conducting regular inspections and identifying potential issues.
- Uphold safety protocols and ensure a clean and organized workspace.
- Mentor and train junior carpenters and apprentices as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Timber framer, preferably in a construction setting.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools.
- Knowledge of building regulations, and safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
