Macildowie Executive Search seen a Non-Executive Chair for a high-growth business in the energy hardware sector.

This organisation seek an experienced Chair who can bring insights and rigour to the senior leadership team as they grow and ready themselves for the next stage in the organisation's funding journey.

The business is an incredible success story and have been undertaking sustained, rapid growth which has meant some guidance is needed to ensure governance, Board meetings, strategic vision and the cascade of that into operations is focused, ambitious and holds up to future scrutiny.

A Chair with experience of growing and successfully exiting hardware businesses, particularly in the renewable energy sector would be preferred. Experience working in this capacity for private equity-backed organisation is essential.
