Our client is looking to add to their current thriving Commercial Property team that have a constant flow of matters coming in. Ideally you will have been working on your own matters for at least 6/12 months, but they will also be interested in speaking with candidates that do have 12 months of experience assisting on commercial property files, if you are ready and looking to take the next step into a role that will see you gaining more responsibility in the legal process. Key Responsibilities:* Assist solicitors in managing a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and disposals.* Deals with licenses to assign, alter and underlet.* Conduct legal research and prepare reports on relevant property law issues.* Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and other property-related agreements.* Maintain and organise case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.* Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other third parties to gather information and provide updates on progress.* Support the team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.* Attend client meetings and assist in the preparation of necessary documentation.* Stay updated on changes in property law and regulations relevant to the practice area.Qualifications:* A Law degree or equivalent qualification.* Previous experience in a legal environment, ideally in commercial property, is preferred but not essential.* Strong research and analytical skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.* High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.What We Offer:* Competitive salary* Opportunities for professional development and training.* Supportive and collaborative working environment.* Potential pathway to a training contract for the right candidateWe look forward to hearing from you and progressing your application further.
