Description of the role:
- Scheduling appointments via telephone, email and letter.
- Dealing with customer complaints, escalating and directing via the appropriate channels.
- Liaising with clients regarding works to be completed.
- Reviewing reports and raising concerns to Contracts Manager.
- Ensuring online portals are up to date with information and relevant documentation.
About you:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- IT literate having working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience of working within a fast paced environment and the ability to multi-task.
