We're seeking an Customer Service Coordinator, who is a quick learner, confident with customers, and focused on service and sales. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll handle various tasks to ensure business efficiency and maximise sales opportunities. Building strong customer relationships and maintaining allocated accounts are key aspects of this role.

Description of the role:

  • Develop and maintain strong, effective relationships with clients to build trust and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Identify and leverage sales opportunities with existing customers to drive revenue and growth.
  • Attend meetings and events with clients, representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Report and address recurring customer issues, working proactively to implement effective solutions.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including order and invoice processing, CRM maintenance, customer account setup, and return processing.
  • Contribute to improving overall customer experience by providing exceptional service and support.

About you:

  • Show a track record of managing customers, accounts, and expectations effectively in a similar role.
  • Exhibit outstanding customer service skills and a talent for building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Possess excellent communication abilities and be a committed team player.
