- Schedule workshop and service engineers, distributing daily work schedules.
- Manage job cards, ensuring completion for all service work.
- Handle customer calls for breakdowns and service requests, scheduling accordingly.
- Prepare service invoices and maintain service records.
- Ensure extra work is quoted promptly and supply service paperwork to customers and sales.
- Support sales with hire, demo requests, and preparation.
- Address queries and complaints via phone and email.
- Follow credit control policies and perform general clerical tasks.
- Undertake additional duties as required within the role.
- 2 years of experience in a service/customer focussed role
- Excellent interpersonal skills & telephone manner
- T Literate and proficient in Microsoft programs
- Driving License
