Service Co-Ordinator | Nottingham | ~£28,000 Want to be a part of a UK & European dealer for an exciting portfolio of equipment?Our client operates within the construction, forestry, recycling, confi-shred, and aggregates markets, priding themselves on providing both quality equipment and exceptional aftermarket service. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Coordinator to join the team. Based at our head office in Long Bennington, this role sits within the aftermarket service team and is responsible for administration and service support across the Recycling, Forestry, Aggregates, and Confi-Shred divisions. Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule workshop and service engineers, distributing daily work schedules.
  • Manage job cards, ensuring completion for all service work.
  • Handle customer calls for breakdowns and service requests, scheduling accordingly.
  • Prepare service invoices and maintain service records.
  • Ensure extra work is quoted promptly and supply service paperwork to customers and sales.
  • Support sales with hire, demo requests, and preparation.
  • Address queries and complaints via phone and email.
  • Follow credit control policies and perform general clerical tasks.
  • Undertake additional duties as required within the role.
About You:
  • 2 years of experience in a service/customer focussed role
  • Excellent interpersonal skills & telephone manner
  • T Literate and proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Driving License
