Teaching Assistant | Nottingham, NG10 | £95 - £105 per day | Long Term - Permanent | Asap Start

LTF Recruitment is seeking to appoint a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support students at a friendly and inclusive secondary school in the Nottingham, NG10 area. The successful candidate will join a nurturing and high-performing school community, committed to helping students achieve their full potential through a positive and proactive approach.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to establish a strong support network
  • Work closely with teachers to understand students' learning styles, strengths, and areas for development
  • Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment that ensures every student feels valued and supported
  • Build positive relationships with students, helping them adhere to school rules and expectations

Person Specification:

  • A relevant qualification or degree is desirable
  • Previous experience working in an educational setting or similar role
