Solsken limited are seeking an experienced (complex care) Manager to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in the Nottinghamshire region.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational compliance of all care packages in their region.

Description:

  • Managing and monitoring recruitment needs for the packages of care.
  • Quality assurance
  • Ensuring service user inclusion in all aspects of care
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations
  • Providing continual support to all seniors and staff members in your region
  • Working as part of an integral team within the organisation and communicating effectively
  • Taking part in the out of hours support on rota basis - ensuring all staff and service users are supported 24/7
  • Working closely with the clinical team to ensure a safe service to all our clients
  • 1st stage reconciliation of time sheets
  • Providing quality leadership and management
  • Maintaining good working relationships and liaising with staff, service users, colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Identifying risks and implementing risk management strategies
  • Completing fortnightly visits
  • Attending monthly meetings at the head office
  • Providing reports

Requirements:

  • High organisational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Working as part of an integral team within the organisation
  • Level 4/5 Leadership and management
  • You must be able to work flexible hours
  • You must hold a full UK drivers licence and own your own vehicle
