Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor looking for an exciting new opportunity? If so, this role is perfect for you! We are seeking an Interim Talent Acquisition Advisor to join a dynamic and fast-paced team within the medical sector. This 12-week contract offers you the chance to step into a well-established role, managing the full recruitment lifecycle across a high volume of vacancies.What You’ll Be Doing:As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll collaborate closely with line managers to understand role requirements and deliver effective recruitment solutions. Exceptional communication skills are key as you’ll be working directly with stakeholders across the business.You will also be required to advertise vacancies and ensure they reach the right talent pool. Once this is completed you will then review and examine CVs via their Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Once the candidates have been selected you will then conduct pre-screen calls and schedule interviews.You will also be required to manage the offer process and transition successful candidates to Pre-Employment for final checks.What We’re Looking For:Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Excellent organisational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple vacancies at once.A self-starter with a positive attitude, who enjoys working at pace and can quickly adapt to new challenges.Great attention to detail as ensuring accuracy when screening CVs, organising interviews, and managing offers is crucial.This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves to see their impact on a growing team.
