We are seeking a skilled Administrator to join our client's dynamic team, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the Directors and ensuring the smooth operation of the office.

Description of the role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to Directors, including diary management and day-to-day tasks.
  • Oversee the management and secure storage of client documents and compliance records.
  • Ensure GDPR compliance and handle key secretarial duties, such as preparing letters and typing accounts.
  • Manage billing processes, client payments, and the submission of accounts to Companies House and HMRC.
  • Coordinate office logistics, including monitoring supplies, liaising with external partners, and assisting with various administrative tasks.
