Job Title: Executive Assistant
Location: North Nottingham
Overview: Our client is seeking a proactive and resourceful Operations Manager to join their dynamic team in Bingham. This office-based role is pivotal to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including facilities management, HR administration, office support, and executive assistance to the directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilities Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office facilities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and efficient solutions.
- Human Resources Support:
- Assist in recruitment processes, on boarding, and employee relations activities.
- Manage HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and training records.
- Office Management:
- Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure the office runs smoothly.
- Manage supplies, equipment, and office budgets effectively.
- Executive Assistance:
- Provide high-level support to the directors, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparing reports.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the directors.
- Prepare reports and data analysis related to department portfolios.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management, office administration, or similar roles.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
