An award-winning, independent financial services organisation is seeking a Client Support Team Leader to join their IFA Administration team. This company has experienced significant growth over the past five years and continues to expand, offering a dynamic and professional environment for career development.

Role Overview

The Client Support Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Client Support Administrators to ensure the delivery of outstanding client service. This role involves working closely with the Client Service Manager to optimise workflow, enhance team performance, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of Client Support Administrators.
  • Ensure high standards of client service and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee workflow management, workload distribution, and performance monitoring.
  • Support the Client Service Manager in maintaining seamless client service delivery.
  • Implement process improvements and best practices to enhance team efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
  • Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or Manager within Financial Services, ideally within an IFA environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial planning administration and client service delivery.
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial services systems (experience with Intelliflo Office (iO) is advantageous).

Remuneration & Benefits

  • Competitive salary of up to £43,000, dependent on experience, plus discretionary bonus.
