Based in Nottingham, this business seeks an Interim Finance Manager for a 9-month contract. You’ll be at the heart of a forward-thinking finance team, contributing to critical initiatives and supporting key decision-making during this transformative phase. You will be:

  • Supporting the financial operations to ensure accurate and timely month-end reporting
  • Overseeing balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal controls
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive process improvements and implement best practices.
  • Supporting the implementation of a new ERP system, including data readiness and process alignment
  • Acting as a key liaison with external auditors
  • Managing ad hoc financial projects and providing insights to support the leadership team

About You:

  • Qualified, working towards qualification, or qualified by experience
  • Technically strong with a background that includes financial accounting
  • Comfortable working in a versatile role with the flexibility to take on a variety of tasks
  • Confident in managing challenging stakeholders
  • Detail-focused with strong Excel skills
  • A clear communicator who enjoys building relationships
