What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with commercial teams to align financial insights with broader business goals.
  • Leading financial reporting and analysis, including profitability reviews, forecasting, and planning.
  • Building and maintaining detailed financial models to support business decisions and growth opportunities.
  • Managing sales commission programs and ensuring they are accurately administered.
  • Identifying risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations for senior leadership.
  • Tracking and reporting KPIs while developing new metrics to measure success.
  • Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and pricing for key contracts and sales opportunities.

What They’re Looking For

  • MUST HAVE Qualified accountant ACA EX Big 4 / Top 10 Audit firm with c3-5 years’ experience in commercial finance and or FP&A.
  • Advanced Excel skills and expertise in building robust financial models.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence at all levels.
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
