What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with commercial teams to align financial insights with broader business goals.
- Leading financial reporting and analysis, including profitability reviews, forecasting, and planning.
- Building and maintaining detailed financial models to support business decisions and growth opportunities.
- Managing sales commission programs and ensuring they are accurately administered.
- Identifying risks and opportunities, providing clear recommendations for senior leadership.
- Tracking and reporting KPIs while developing new metrics to measure success.
- Overseeing budgets, forecasts, and pricing for key contracts and sales opportunities.
What They’re Looking For
- MUST HAVE Qualified accountant ACA EX Big 4 / Top 10 Audit firm with c3-5 years’ experience in commercial finance and or FP&A.
- Advanced Excel skills and expertise in building robust financial models.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence at all levels.
- Highly organised with strong problem-solving and prioritisation skills.
