Are you an experienced PMO Planner with a proven track record in finance transformation projects? We have an exciting opportunity to join a leading organisation embarking on a transformative journey, implementing SAP S/4 Hana to revolutionise their financial processes.

About the Role

As the PMO Planner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Programme Management Office, ensuring effective project planning, governance, and reporting for this large-scale transformation programme. You'll collaborate closely with senior stakeholders and project teams to develop and maintain comprehensive project plans that drive successful delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with programme objectives.
  • Facilitate governance and reporting processes, providing critical insights to ensure timely decision-making.
  • Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with teams to mitigate them.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO standards and methodologies throughout the programme lifecycle.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience as a PMO Planner within large-scale finance transformation programmes.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4 Hana or similar ERP implementations.
  • Expertise in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
  • Solid knowledge of project governance frameworks and methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile).
