Head of D2C Sales / Permanent / Nottinghamshire / £50-70k + OTE.

Our client manaufactures high end bespoke home interiors and are excited to welcome a new Head of Internal Sales to their vibrant team as they continue their journey of expansion.

Position Overview:

You'll be responsible to ensure all conversion and sales targets are met by setting a clear vision and developing a high-performance sales culture within the team.You'll be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, leading, and motivating the Telesales team to achieve outstanding sales outcomes, providing regular feedback and conducting performance reviews.
  • Monitoring and managing team performance, implementing training programs and identifying coaching needs to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Developing and executing telesales strategies to convert leads to customers
  • Collaborating closely with Marketing and Digital teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy and campaigns.
  • Analysing sales data to identify areas for improvement, creating KPIs and commission schemes to drive performance.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving telesales processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

This role would be perfect for someone who's not afraid of achieving ambitious conversion and revenue targets. We'd also value someone:

  • Proven experience in outbound telesales management and team development.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills, with experience in Direct to Consumer sales experience.
