Job title: Site Installation Supervisor

Salary: Circa £50k + OT
Purpose of the Site Installation Supervisor Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Installation Supervisor to lead and manage installation and commissioning teams for asphalt plants and retrofit systems across the UK and Europe. This hands-on role is crucial in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards while ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities for a Site Installation Supervisor:
- Represent the company professionally during all site visits.
- Oversee installation, maintenance, and commissioning of asphalt plants or retrofit systems across the UK and Europe.
- Collaborate with customers, CDM representatives, and third-party contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Diagnose faults, perform inspections, and provide recommendations to optimise plant operations.
- Ensure the installation and delivery programme are to plan and budget.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations and prepare necessary documentation, including construction phase plans and permits.
- Train customer operators on safe and efficient plant operations.
- Participate in project review meetings to track progress and address challenges.
Key Requirements for a Site Installation Supervisor:
- Technical background with experience in plant installations and maintenance.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proven ability to influence, take initiative, and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Collaborative and customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to health and safety, ensuring all work meets compliance standards.
- Be flexible to work away and travel where required.
