Role and Responsibilities:- Plan and deliver engaging and interactive Science lessons tailored to diverse learning needs
- Use hands-on experiments, practical activities, and real-world applications to enhance student engagement
- Work closely with SEN specialists, therapists, and teaching assistants to provide a supportive learning environment
- Implement differentiated teaching strategies to ensure all students can access the curriculum
- Monitor and assess student progress, adapting lesson plans to suit individual development needs
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and confidence
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Science at secondary level or in an SEN setting
- Ability to adapt Science lessons to different learning abilities and styles
- A passion for making Science accessible, engaging, and exciting for all students
- Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to student engagement
