This is a fun one! I am delighted to be partnering exclusively with my client to find a Compensation and Reward Specialist to join them leading on benefits analysis and overhaul project. About the Role:Are you a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation & Benefits Specialist? I am looking for someone to join my client to lead on their upcoming reward project with with the goal of ensuring a competitive, fair, and consistent compensation and benefits structure. This role will work closely with managers, directors, and key stakeholders to analyse internal pay structures, benchmark compensation against market data, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance their total rewards offering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Role Alignment & Job Levelling: Work with managers and directors to align and level all roles within the Ravio system, ensuring consistency and identifying any anomalies.
- Benchmarking & Gap Analysis: Compare internal compensation to external market benchmarks, identifying any pay gaps and areas for adjustment.
- Strategic Recommendations: Develop clear recommendations for board review on how to address any identified gaps and propose enhancements based on the analysis.
- Benefits Review: Analyse current benefits offerings using Ravio and competitor insights to identify potential improvements and make data-driven recommendations.
- Implementation Planning: Develop a structured approach for implementing changes, prioritising immediate improvements while outlining long-term considerations.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in benchmarking and job levelling.
- Familiarity with Ravio or similar HR analytics platforms is highly desirable.
- Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and present recommendations to senior leadership.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to pay and benefits.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
- Ability to pull on previous experience in similar roles and work autonomously.
- Experience within the tech industry would be advantageous.
