We are partnering with a fantastic Healthcare company with Head Offices in Nottinghamshire who due to growth are looking to add a HR Advisor to their people function. Their HR Team are dedicated to ensuring every employee has a positive experience throughout the employee lifecycle and feel supported in what is a challenging but highly rewarding career in healthcare.

Supporting an operational HR Manager working as a HR Advisor your duties will include:

  • Owning and end to end managing employee relations cases
  • Working with managers on an effective absence management policy
  • Coaching managers through all matters of employee relations cases from performance management to disciplinaries, grievances and dismissals
  • Working with wider people team on executing the people strategy
  • Working with the business partnering team on employee engagement initiatives

This is a full time permanent position working predominately from home with occasional national travel (less than once a month).

For this role we are looking for experienced and confident HR Advisors who have worked in Healthcare or similar high volume, fast-paced environments and can work independently on all matters throughout the employee lifecycle.

For this organisation employee engagement and retention are up most priority so a positive attitude towards employee relations is needed as well as a thorough understanding of UK employment law.

CIPD is desired but not essential if you can demonstrate experience in independent end to end ER case management and a desire to learn and grow.
