What you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll be part of a fantastic team of HR professionals collaborating to support the business’ growth and strategic direction
  • Develop people strategies and design approaches for diagnosing and enhancing organisational effectiveness and employee satisfaction
  • Champion the culture and values, partnering with directors to help them build their organisations and make sure all people decisions are informed by the relevant data
  • Take both a strategic and hands on approach to provide human resource expertise in the areas of transformational and organisational change, talent management, employee relations, executive coaching and development
  • Leading complex HR programmes and initiatives
  • Raising awareness of HR Best Practices across the organisation

What you’ll be:

  • A progressive Senior HR professional with a breadth of partnering experience within a complex environment
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders at director level
  • Able to demonstrate clear, critical decision-making capability at pace and taking responsibility for the outcomes
  • Outside/in mindset, the ability to network externally to ensure that the organisation is up to date with all relevant HR practices
  • FCIPD qualification or equivalent
