The Role:

• Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
• Build strong, trusting relationships with clients, lenders & other stakeholders to ensure a seamless and efficient conveyancing process
• Utilise cutting-edge technology & systems to work flexibly, efficiently and with precision
• Play a key role in the growth and success of the Nottingham office by building meaningful local connections and establishing a presence in the area

About You: 

• An autonomous worker who can handle their own caseload from cradle to grave
• Experience in a range of Conveyancing matters 
• 2 years+ PQE 
• Passionate about technology
• A forward thinker who enjoys innovating
• Ambitious to grow within your field
