We have an opening a prestigious law firm with offices across the county looking for a bright professional who can use their initiative and hit the ground running giving their support and gaining valuable experience as a Shared Service Assistant. In this role you need to be able to be independent and use your knowledge in this role creating work to a high and professional standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce and amend documents accurately and promptly to meet deadlines.

Create and reformat all documents editing these to match with companies format and house style.

Provide a detailed and accurate handover to colleagues between shifts.

Research and share all knowledge and guidance to get the best outcome for internal clients making sure this is successful.

Responding to queries using initiative and in the appropriate time frame

Checking al legal documents and presentations, correcting any grammar, spelling mistakes making sure these adhere with companies format.

Producing court transcripts to a recording to a professional standard

Essential Skills and Experience:

Attention to detail.

Previous legal experience

Proficient in Microsoft including Work Excel and PowerPoint

Excellent communication skills

Organised and adaptable

Experience using Visualfiles.

Confident and independent to make decisions.

Experience using document management system.

Typing experience i.e. 65 wpm
