Job Title: Quality AdministratorLocation: NG22 0PQSector: Construction / ManufacturingType: PermanentSalary: £27,500 - £30,000Sutton Recruitment are working exclusively to recruit a permanent Quality Administrator offering general support to the Quality department reporting in to the Quality/Technical Manager.The client is a leading company who specialises in the production of innovative precast reinforced, pre-stressed and post-tensioned concrete products.As the largest independent producer of pre-stressed bridge beams in Britain, who offer a comprehensive range of beam profiles as well as bespoke reinforced and post-tensioned products developed and tailored to the needs of individual projects.As the Quality Administrator, you will work closely with experienced team members to contribute to the creation of precision-engineered products by preparing and managing all administration duties within Quality departments. Roles and Responsibilities:• Create Quality assurance packs to relevant project works• Produce Quality project reports for all operational management• Maintain all Quality files and ensure they are kept up to date• Regular client communication Specific responsibilities:• Manage the document control processes both internally utilising an in house software “PIM”, ensuring all project related documentation is revised with correct data information inputted.• Engage with clients across all sectors to manage document administration requirements.• Liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the TIDP (Task Information Delivery Plan) process is followed on all HS2 schemes.• Compiling O&M information (QRP) for all schemes in collaboration with the Quality Department.• Creating document templates.• Converting information from project teams into user-friendly documents.• Numbering and labelling documents for identification and reference.• Scanning and copying and distributing documents to project team members and stakeholders.• Tracking documents to maintain confidentiality.• Reviewing documents and making revisions for accuracy.• Liaising with project team members to ensure documents meet requirements.• Training document specialist and other employees on document systems.What’s on offer;• Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm (30 minute lunch un-paid)• 24 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays (Birthday off)• Nest Pension; 3% client, 5% employee To be suitable for this role, you must have a full driving license and your own vehicle due to the client location.
